The Blue Line is being built on your road
Dubai's third metro line runs through Ras Al Khor, and the construction works sit on Nad Al Hamar Street itself. The district goes from having no metro at all to a station on the doorstep.

The line itself

- Network grows from 64 to 78 stations; RTA expects congestion on these routes to fall about 20%
What it means for a buyer
- Handover lands about ten months before the line opens — you own it through the uplift, not after it
- Nadd Al Hamar is currently an unserved district; new stations reprice unserved districts more sharply
- The line is funded, tendered and under construction, not proposed
